Ben Small is a graphic artist living on the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the years, he has been an art director and designer for several Cleveland- and Columbus-based publications. In his spare time and to maintain his sanity, he has written and drawn a number of comics.

These stories are based on a dream he had back in 2000 about a huge Victorian-era flying machine. He rolled out of bed and scribbled down what he could remember about it. It's been an obsession ever since.
